About the Event

The National Women's Empowerment Ministry is creating a community space to discuss the current national events and how we can support change. Our Elephant In The Room Series has served as a safe place for women to speak about women issues that bring forth healing, personal development, and collaboration. Our CEO Eleshia V. Cash is hopeful to provide next level leadership towards racial unity for women in all arenas.

Join Us for a round table discussion on the experiences of Racism. Are we Ready for Reconciliation? And How Are Current Events Affecting Relationships at Work, at Church, Within Groups, Organizations, and in our Communities surrounding the topic "Racism In America? Our Special Guest is Bailey Edwards, Educator & Woman In Minstry who has served as Senior Pastor of two congregations and is a Board Certified Chaplain, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Grief Counselor and School Clinical Counselor that has a progressive voice surrounding faith, politics and theology.
