The Superwoman Syndrome Coffee Chat

The Atlanta Women’s Empowerment Ministry will be offering our educational “Coffee Chat” this month and will be focusing on mental health. Our theme for this session is “The Superwomen Syndrome”. It's about Getting to the truth and Taking Care of You ! Come out as we discuss identification, symptoms and myths as it pertains to this syndrome. You will be able to get some of your questions answered, discuss overcoming strategies and leave with information on helpful resources. Admission is free and open to the community.
